Cyril "Bud" Anderson

Cyril “Bud” Anderson, age 90, resident of Lakota, ND, died Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at the Good Samaritan Society in Lakota.

Cyril Wayne Anderson was born April 26, 1928 at Bartlett, ND, the son of Obert and Irene (Schroeder) Anderson.  He graduated from Brocket High School in 1946 and attended NDSU for a time.  Bud married Jeanette Anderson on June 8, 1951 at the Vaage Lutheran Church of Brocket.  They farmed at Brocket until the fall of 1992 when they moved to Grand Forks.  They moved to Lakota in the fall of 2003.  He was a member of the Lakota Lutheran Church.

Bud will be missed by his wife, Jeanette Anderson of Lakota; a brother, Dennis (Janice) Anderson of Prior Lake, MN; 3 nieces, Audrey Knudson, Cheryl McNalis, and Cindy Klose; and 3 nephews, Frank Beck, Robert Ulland, and Rodney Ulland.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Phyllis Beck.

The Funeral Service will be held at the Lakota Lutheran Church on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will be in the Lakota Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
