June E. Anderson

June E. Anderson, age 59, resident of West Pickert, ND passed away at her home on Sunday, February 2, 2020 with family by her side.

June was born in Racine, Wis. on June 4, 1960.  She was the daughter of Earl and Joan (Sund) Anderson. She grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin, and graduated from Blair High School in 1978.  After graduation, June spent time in Grand Forks, ND., Orlando, FL., West Virginia, and Georgia. While a young girl, she spent many summers in Pickert, ND with her Grandparents, and eventually decided to move back permanently as she always “loved being there.” Once she settled in, she met Dan Bremer, and they fell in love.  June’s passion was spending free time with Dan and their pets. June had great pride in tending her garden, and mowing lawn at both farms (Dan & June’s farm & her Grandparent’s family farm across the road).  She later found enjoyment for hunting, fishing, and traveling out west with Dan. One of their favorite vacation spots was Jackson Hole, WY.  

June worked as a CNC Operator, and then later in Maintenance for PL Mfg. in Cooperstown. She loved her job, and the people she worked with.

June will be missed and remembered by “the love of her life” Dan Bremer of West Pickert, ND., her father Earl Anderson of Andover, MN., her brother John (Diane Hammond) Anderson of Andover, MN., her sister Jean (Chris Spannagel) Anderson of Albany, NY., along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, a nephew, and cousins.

June is preceded in death by her mother Joan. 

Visitation for June will be held on Saturday, February 8th, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00p.m. with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2 p.m. in the Cooperstown Funeral Chapel, Cooperstown, ND.
