Kip D. Christofferson, age 28, of Warwick, ND, died Thursday, September 30, 2021 at his home.

Kip was born August 3, 1993 in Devils Lake, ND, the son of Monica Christofferson and Newlyn Littlewind. He was raised near Warwick, was baptized & confirmed at Warwick Lutheran Church, and graduated from Dakota Prairie High School in 2011. At age 14 he began working at Lundeby Evergreens, where he had worked for 8 years. He then worked for Avdem Roofing and Ebertz Roofing. The last year he has been helping around the farm and caring for the twins, Cain & Cailyn. He loved fishing and hunting. Kip was a very tender-hearted man, he loved animals and riding horse. He always wore a smile and tried to make everyone happy by being willing to help in any way.

He is survived by his mother, Monica Christofferson (Ken Kennedy); siblings, Grant (Meranda) Christofferson, Cassandra (Luke) Christofferson, Lucas (Kirsten) Christofferson, Haylee Christofferson (Brandt Ferguson), and Hazen Christofferson; his father, Newlyn Littlewind; grandmother, Donna Christofferson (Gordon Harding); very special baby twin cousins, Cain & Cailyn Christofferson; aunts, Michelle Christofferson, Donalda Littlewind, Gaylene Littlewind, and Volante Littlewind; uncles, Dallas Littlewind, Rocky Littlewind, Waylon Littlewind, and Harland Littlewind; cousins, Christopher Christofferson, Allyssa (Nathan) Flom, Crystal (Jacob) Christofferson; his Godparents, Raymond & Barbara Walker; and special friends, Carol & Ken Walford, Athena & Preston Savre, Eric Gisvold, Koty Fossen, and many more.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Milo Carl Christofferson and John Littlewind Sr.; grandmother, Irene Mary Littlewind; uncles, Dennis Poni-Cappo Jr. and John Littlewind Jr.; aunt, Sandra Littlewind; and sister, Irene Salome Littlewind.

The Memorial Service for Kip will be held at the Warwick Lutheran Church, on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at the Warwick Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be the Class of 2011 and everyone who loved & enjoyed his short presence here on Earth. Thanks to everyone for your help and support.
